We design our generation workflows around data minimization: collect what is needed to provide the service, keep it only as long as necessary, and restrict access to authorized systems and personnel.

- Account information such as email address, profile details, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership.
- Billing information processed by payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, project metadata, and generation history needed to provide the service.
- Usage logs such as IP address, device information, browser type, timestamps, API calls, errors, and feature interactions.
- Support messages, feedback, and other communications you send to us.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- Generate images, videos, edits, enhancements, and related creative assets requested by you.
- Process payments, manage plans, prevent fraud, and enforce usage limits.
- Moderate prompts, uploads, and outputs to detect prohibited content and abuse.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
- Analyze aggregate or anonymized usage to improve reliability and product quality.
4. AI Content and Model Processing
Your prompts, uploads, and generated outputs may be processed by AI model providers or infrastructure vendors so we can deliver the requested generation, editing, or enhancement features.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use private customer content for public model training without consent, but we may inspect or process content for safety, debugging, abuse prevention, support, and service improvement as permitted by law.
6. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward unless longer retention is required for legal, billing, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
Generated outputs and workspace content are retained according to your plan, product settings, and operational needs. Logs may be retained in aggregate or anonymized form for longer periods.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. Contact support to exercise these rights.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, access controls, logging, and provider security controls. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.
